With my new ISP I made sure I read the whole agreement and even made corrections to the agreement to match what the sales person said the offer was. So, I should be good, plus it is an unlimited throughput plan so there shouldn't be an issue. Also I came to find out that the reason for the overage was apparently someone was downloading or streaming stuff from my new Windows 7 computer and I had no idea that was possible since I have a firewall on my router. Of course I only found this out after I had requested they cancel my service. Whatever I am on to bigger and better things. Yeah, and they still won’t drop it after I had made concessions.
